Billing & Limits

Understand Qorlivo plans, usage limits, upgrades, invoices, seats, API access, and what happens near a limit.

Billing controls which Qorlivo features and limits are available to a workspace. Your plan can affect links, videos, storage, domains, seats, API keys, API rate limits, webhooks, and bulk API actions.

Billing screen

Open Billing from Settings to review:

  • Current plan.
  • Subscription status.
  • Included limits.
  • Current usage.
  • Upgrade options.
  • Billing portal access.
  • Invoice and payment-management options when available.

Plan packaging can change. The Billing screen is the best place to confirm the current offer for your account.

Nearing a limit

When a workspace approaches a limit, Qorlivo may show warnings, block the next creation action, or ask you to upgrade before continuing.

Common examples:

  • You reached the monthly link limit.
  • You reached the video count or storage limit.
  • You reached the custom-domain limit.
  • Your team has no seats left.
  • Your plan does not allow a requested API action.
  • Your API key is sending requests too quickly.

Upgrading

Upgrade when you need more usage, more domains, more seats, write access through the API, webhooks, or bulk automation. Upgrades are managed from Billing.

After upgrading, refresh the dashboard if a feature still appears locked.

Downgrading

Before downgrading, review:

  • Active custom domains.
  • Team member count.
  • Video storage.
  • API keys and webhooks.
  • Monthly link volume.
  • Bulk automation that may require a higher plan.

If current usage is above the lower plan's limits, you may need to remove resources or keep the current plan.

API rate limits

API rate limits are applied per account tier. If your app receives a rate-limit response, slow down requests and retry after the time shown in the response headers. See Errors & Rate Limits.
