Domains

Connect custom domains to Qorlivo so your short links and profile can use your own brand.

Custom domains let your Qorlivo links look like they belong to your brand. Instead of sharing the default Qorlivo domain, you can share links from a domain you control.

What domains are for

GoalExample
Branded short linksgo.example.com/demo
Campaign linkslaunch.example.com/waitlist
Profile routingexample.com opens your Qorlivo profile.
Team consistencyEveryone shares links from the same trusted domain.

Add a domain

  1. Open Domains.
  2. Choose Add domain.
  3. Enter the hostname you want to use.
  4. Copy the DNS record shown by Qorlivo.
  5. Add that record at your domain provider.
  6. Return to Qorlivo and choose Verify.
  7. Wait for the domain to show as verified.

Use a subdomain such as go.example.com or links.example.com unless you specifically want your root domain to serve your Qorlivo profile.

DNS verification

Qorlivo shows the exact DNS value you need. Your domain provider controls where you paste it.

Common DNS tips:

  • Copy the value exactly.
  • Avoid adding https:// to DNS names.
  • Remove conflicting records for the same hostname.
  • Wait a few minutes after saving DNS.
  • Try verification again if it does not pass immediately.

DNS updates can take longer depending on your provider. A failed verification right after saving usually means the new record has not fully propagated yet.

After verification, choose the domain when creating or editing a link. The link keeps the same destination behavior but uses your branded host.

Example:

https://go.example.com/spring-launch

Domain and profile routing

Some workspaces can make a domain serve a public profile at the root while still using paths for short links.

For example:

URLVisitor sees
https://example.comYour Qorlivo profile.
https://example.com/demoThe short link with slug demo.

Only turn this on when you want the domain itself to act as your public Qorlivo profile page.

Plan limits

Custom-domain availability and limits depend on your plan. Check Billing for your current domain allowance before adding domains for a campaign or team.
