See mentions, replies, invites, and updates from all your workspaces in one place, and chat with your team.

The Inbox collects what needs your attention across every workspace you belong to. Open it from the Inbox button in the dashboard header, or go to the full page at dashboard.qorlivo.com/inbox.
Before you start
- A Qorlivo account. Updates appear once people comment, mention you, or invite you.
- Team chat needs a team workspace. See Work with your team.
Steps
- Choose Inbox in the header. A panel opens on the right. The number on the button is your unread count across all workspaces.
- In Updates, choose an item to open the collection, link, or video it is about.
- In a team workspace, switch to Team chat to message everyone in the workspace. Type in Message the workspace… and choose Send.
- Choose Open full page for a larger view.
What appears in Updates
| Item | When it appears |
|---|---|
| Mentioned you | Someone mentioned you in a comment. |
| Replied to your comment | Someone replied in a discussion you joined. |
| Invited you | Someone invited you to a workspace or a collection. |
| Accessed via share link | Someone opened one of your collections through a share link. |
| Comments | New comments in the current workspace. |
Each item shows where it happened, such as In a collection, On a link, On a video, or Team chat. Conversations stay on their collection, link, or video; the Inbox points you to them.
When it works
Opening the Inbox marks the unread items it shows as read, and the count on the button goes down. There is no separate "mark as read" button.
Common problems
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| No Team chat tab | Team chat is only in team workspaces. Switch to one with the workspace switcher. |
| "No activity yet" | Nothing has happened yet. In a workspace where you are the only member, invite a teammate to start collaborating. |
| A mention isn't there | Only people who can open the collection, link, or video can be mentioned. Check that they have access. |
