Collections
Organize related Qorlivo links and videos into campaign, resource, client, or launch groups.
Collections help you keep related resources together. Use them when a set of links or videos belongs to the same project, campaign, event, client, or audience.
When to use collections
| Use case | Example |
|---|---|
| Campaign hub | Ads, landing pages, product videos, and checkout links for one launch. |
| Creator kit | Social links, featured videos, press links, and merch pages. |
| Client delivery | Every shared asset for a client project. |
| Event resources | Registration, schedule, map, replay, and feedback links. |
| Team library | Frequently reused links for sales, support, or onboarding. |
Collections are private workspace organization unless you choose to share a collection publicly.
Create a collection
- Open Collections.
- Choose New collection.
- Add a name.
- Optional: add a description or color.
- Save the collection.
- Add links or videos.
Use names that will still make sense months later. For example, Spring Launch 2026 is easier to find than Launch links.
Add items
You can add items from the collection page or while editing a link or video.
Good collection structure usually follows one of these patterns:
- One collection per campaign.
- One collection per client.
- One collection per product line.
- One collection per event.
- One collection per reusable resource category.
Avoid putting every resource into one large collection. It becomes harder to scan, compare, and clean up.
Share a collection
If public collection sharing is enabled for your workspace, you can use a collection as a lightweight resource page.
Before sharing:
- Check every destination URL.
- Confirm videos are ready.
- Remove draft or private resources.
- Use titles that make sense to outside viewers.
- Open the public page in a private browser window to confirm what visitors see.
Keep collections clean
Review collections after major campaigns. Archive or remove outdated resources, update destinations that moved, and keep active resources near the top when ordering is available.
Collections and analytics
Collections help you compare related links without losing the context of the campaign. For example, if one campaign includes an email link, paid ad link, video link, and profile link, a collection makes it easier to review the whole set together.
