Dashboard
Manage your Qorlivo workspace, links, videos, profile, domains, analytics, billing, and developer tools.
The Qorlivo dashboard is where you create, organize, measure, and share everything connected to your account. It is designed around repeat work: make a link, publish it, check performance, adjust it, and keep moving.
Main areas
| Area | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Home | See a quick snapshot of activity, recent links, traffic sources, and next actions. |
| Links | Create and manage short links. |
| Collections | Group related links and videos. |
| Videos | Upload, manage, and share video links. |
| Domains | Connect branded domains and check verification status. |
| Profile | Build and publish your public profile page. |
| Analytics | Review performance across links, videos, profiles, and campaigns. |
| Settings | Manage account, workspace, team, billing, API keys, webhooks, preferences, and activity. |
Home
Home gives you a quick read on what changed recently. Use it when you want to answer:
- Which links are getting traffic?
- Did a recent campaign start moving?
- Are there setup steps I still need to finish?
- Which sources are sending visitors?
- Is my current workspace close to a plan limit?
The dashboard is workspace-aware. If you switch workspaces, the content, analytics, usage, team, and billing context update with it.
Workspaces
A workspace is the container for your Qorlivo resources. Most users start with a personal workspace. Paid plans may include brand or team workspaces.
| Workspace type | Best for |
|---|---|
| Personal | A single user managing their own links, videos, and profile. |
| Brand | A separate public presence for a creator, product, client, or project. |
| Team | Multiple people collaborating on shared links, domains, analytics, and settings. |
Use the workspace switcher before making changes if you manage more than one workspace.
Settings
Settings are grouped by what you are trying to manage.
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Account | Update account details and manage account-level options. |
| Workspace | Rename the workspace, manage workspace identity, or update workspace settings. |
| Team | Invite teammates, review roles, remove members, or manage seats. |
| Billing | View plan, limits, subscription status, invoices, and upgrade options. |
| Developers | Create API keys and manage webhook endpoints. |
| Preferences | Adjust personal preferences for how the dashboard behaves. |
| Activity | Review recent workspace events and changes. |
Good dashboard habits
- Name links and videos clearly so tables stay scannable later.
- Use collections for campaigns instead of relying on memory.
- Verify custom domains before sharing branded links.
- Check analytics using the same date range when comparing links.
- Revoke API keys you no longer use.
- Invite teammates with the lowest role that still lets them do their job.
When something looks wrong
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| A link goes to the wrong destination | Open the link, edit the destination, and save. |
| A custom domain is not active | Open Domains and review the DNS record and verification status. |
| A video is not ready yet | Check the video status; large files may need more processing time. |
| Analytics look empty | Confirm the link has traffic and the selected date range includes the clicks. |
| A teammate cannot edit | Check their workspace role and seat status. |
| You cannot create more resources | Review Billing for current plan limits. |
