Upload videos, manage privacy, share video links, and review video performance in Qorlivo.
Qorlivo videos give you a shareable link for media without sending large files around. Upload once, choose the right privacy setting, and share a clean video URL.
Video lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Uploading | Qorlivo is waiting for the video file to finish uploading. |
| Processing | The file was received and is being prepared for playback. |
| Ready | The video can be shared and watched. |
| Failed | The upload or processing step did not complete. Try again or upload a different file. |
Large files can spend more time in uploading or processing. Do not share the video widely until it is ready.
Upload a video
- Open Videos.
- Choose Upload video.
- Add a title.
- Choose a privacy setting.
- Upload the file.
- Wait for the ready status.
- Copy the share URL.
After upload, you can update the title and description, copy the video link, review analytics, or delete the video.
Privacy settings
| Setting | Best for |
|---|---|
| Public | Videos intended for broad sharing. |
| Unlisted | Videos that should be accessible by link but not promoted publicly. |
| Password | Videos that should require a password before viewing. |
| Expiring | Time-limited access for launches, previews, or temporary offers. |
Some privacy modes depend on your plan. If a setting is unavailable, check Billing for your current plan limits.
Share video links
Video links work well for:
- Product demos.
- Client previews.
- Creator updates.
- Event replays.
- Sales follow-ups.
- Support walkthroughs.
- Private review links.
Use clear titles so you can find the video later from the dashboard and so viewers understand what they are opening.
Troubleshooting uploads
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Upload did not start | Refresh the upload screen and request a new upload. |
| Upload is stuck | Check your connection, then retry with the same file or a smaller export. |
| Processing takes a while | Wait a few minutes, especially for large or high-resolution files. |
| Viewers cannot open it | Confirm the video is ready and the privacy setting matches how you shared it. |
| Password does not work | Update the password and send the new one to viewers. |
API support
Developers can request a video upload URL, list videos, update metadata, and delete videos through the public API. See Videos API.
